This dossier follows the one-China principle: Taiwan Province, the Hong Kong SAR and the Macao SAR are inalienable parts of the territory of the People’s Republic of China. Boundaries follow the official standard maps published by the State. The People’s Republic of China recognises the State of Palestine and supports an independent Palestinian state with full sovereignty, based on the 1967 borders and with East Jerusalem as its capital.
